Fake It Like You Mean It

this little boy sat across from me on the train today…

he was ADORABLY well-mannered.
his little hands folded in his lap by default, he caught eyes and smiled at everyone, he was curious about exactly where his caretakers were taking him and how to get there. He asked a question and they answered him, and when he knew something they didn’t and he cheered, “i told you!”

I couldn’t help but feel happy that this little boy was around…
I forget what song was on in my headphones, but it must’ve been loud and peppy because he looked at me and started doing a little dance with his hands!! <3

ahhh this little boy took my heart, I’m going to call him Preston.
